Daily Summary 7 Oct 13

Europe and Dow were steady on Friday.  Dow closed +76 at 15073.  Trend of Dow is down.  Dow's future is now -131. Europe also sharply down.

Asian bourses closed mostly weaker.  Nikkei -171, ShanghaiC +15, Hangseng -165.  STI closed flat at 3137.  Volume was 4.3b shares. Gainers were 123 to 431 losers.

Trend of STI is down but flattening.

Top volumes were Innopac -1.9, Ipco -0.5, YHM -0.8, Albedo -1, AsiaPhos IPO closed at 39.5, Sunmoon unchanged, Hankore -0.3, Blkumont -75, Asiasons -89, SingHaiyi unchanged.

Market opened down and closed at near day low. The main event today was the resumption of trading of the three suspended counters. All three fell sharply and wiping out billions from the market. Blumont closed at 13c, -75c, Asiasons -89c at 15c and LionGold -63c closing at 25c.

The whole market sentiment was dampened and many counters were also sold down. The weak opening in Europe and Dow's future added more weight to the weak market. Blue chips were spared the slaughtering and closed mixed.

Tonight Europe are Dow are looking very weak.
