Europe were flat but Dow +18 at 16531.
Dow's trend is levelling. Dow's future is now +15. Europe opened
slightly down.
Asian bourses were mixed with Hangseng
-284. Nikkei -28 and ShanghaiC +1. STI closed +4 at 3246. Volume
was a low of 1.3b shares. Gainers were 241 to 190 losers.
Trend of STI is turning down.
Top volumes were HanKore +0.4, WE +0.1,
JES +0.6, Gentg 1.345, Memstar +0.2, Albedo unchanged, WCorp +0.4, APAC
+0.1, AmplefieldR unchanged, Lereno +0.2.
Market opened slightly positive and
stayed that way for the most part of the day with very low volume. Blue
chips were slightly firmer. Speculatives and penny stocks were seeing more
greens.
Europe and Dow are not showing any direction
for tonight.
