Dow and Europe were up last night. Dow
closed +61 at 17114. Dow's trend is up. Dow's future is now +25.
Euorpe opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei
_15, ShanghaiC +3, Hangseng +190. STI +24 at 3341. Volume was 1.8b
shares. Gainers were 253 to 212 losers.
STI's trend is up.
Top volumes were Jaya unchanged, Blumont
+0.3, Spackman +1, APAC +0.3, SIIC -0.2, Xpress -0.2, KimHeng -2, Vallianz
-0.2, GoldenAgri -0.5, AsiasonsCap +0.3.
Market opened and gained more grounds
through the day to close near day high at 3339. Volume was still
below 2b shares. Blue chips were mostly firmer with banks making
good gains. Penny and speculatives were generally firmer.
Europe and Dow are looking steady for
tonight.
