Europe were mixed last night while Dow
-70 at 16912. Dow's trend is coming down. Dow's future at the moment
is +22. Europe opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei
+28, ShanghaiC -2, Hangseng +92. STI closed -2 at 3354. Volume was
2b shares. Gainers were 143 to 314 losers.
Trend of STI is still up but levelling.
Top volumes were Terratech IPO at 23.5,
IHC +0.5, Xpress -0.1, Artivision -1.3, APAC -0.1, Weiye unchanged, Jaya
-0.4, Memstar +0.1, Digiland unchanged, GoldenAgri -0.5.
Market opened slightly up but then stayed
flat for the whole day to close down slightly. Blue chips were mostly down
but banks were steady. Penny and speculatives were mostly down.
Dow's future is positive at the moment
but Europe are looking a bit weak.
