Dow and Europe continued to fall. Dow
was -70 on Friday. Dow's uptrend has been broken and going on a steep
fall. Dow's future at moment is -24. Europe opened mixed.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei
-49, ShanghaiC +38, Hangseng +68. STI -26 at 3318. Volume was
2.2b shares. Gainers were 108 to 416 losers.
Trend of STI is breaking down.
Top volumes were Charisma Energy -0.5,
Polaris unchanged, APAC unchanged, AdvanceSCT -0.1, IHC +0.5, Amplefield
unchanged, Blumont -0.6, Xpress -0.2, JES -0.6, SIIC +0.1.
Market opened flat but fell immediately
and closed near day low. Blue chips were mostly in the red. Penny and speculatives
were also mostly down. It is looking like anticipating more weaknesses
in the US market.
Europe opened mixed while Dow's future
is positive at the moment. There could be a technical rebound in New York
after the sharp falls.
