European bourses were mixed while Dow
-268 to close 17533. Trend of Dow is down. Dow's future is
now +55. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses mostly down. Nikkei
- 155, ShanghaiC -13, Hangseng -212. STI closed -5 at 3320. Volume
was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 152 to 229 losers.
Trend of STI is flat.
Top volumes were IHC unchanged, Mirach
+0.6, Elektromotive +0.1, BengKuang +0.1, GoldenAgri unchanged, SIIC -0.1,
APAC unchanged, HPHTrust unchanged, SingTel +5, Yuuzoo +0.5.
Market was trading sideways in a small
range for the whole day. It was briefly up a little but drifted down to
close -5. Blue chips were weaker. Penny and speculatives were mixed.
Europe and Dow look like going to recoup
some of the losses last night at this moment.
