Dow and Europe were all down. Dow
closed -95 at 17729. Dow's trend is turning down. Dow's future
is now +1. Europe opened slightly down.
Asian bourses were mixed and relatively
flat. Nikkei -59, ShanghaiC +46, Hangseng +7. STI closed +13
at 3431. Volume was 1b shares. Gainers were 205 to 241 losers.
Trend of STI is flat.
Top volumes were HPHTrust +1.5, IC +0.5,
GeoEnergy -0.5, CapitaMallTrust -2, Equation unchanged, SingTel+1, Tigerair
+0.5, Vallianz unchanged, Noble -2, SIIC -0.2.
Market opened flat but moved higher
to stay about 10 pts up for most of the session. Blue chips saw more gainers.
Penny and speculatives were mixed.
European bourses are slightly down at
the moment. Dow's future is flat.
