European bourses were mixed last night
but Dow closed +227 at 18076. Dow's trend is up with a golden crossing.
Dow's future is now -21. Europe opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei
-68, ShanghaiC +5, Hangseng +349. STI closed +24 at 3386. Volume
was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 239 to 255 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly up.
Top volumes were Noble -1.5, IHC unchanged,
SingTel +10, Ezion -5, MoyaAsia +0.5, SIIC -0.2, HPHTrust +1, LH -0.1,
Vard -2, AscendasReit +5.
Market opened up and stayed up the whole
session. It moved up further in late afternoon to close at day high. Blue
chips were mostly up while penny and speculatives were slightly weaker.
Europe is flat at the moment while Dow's
future is slightly down.
