Europe and Dow were all up last night.
Dow was +264 at 17976. Trend of Dow is turning up. Dow's future
at the moment is -12. Europe opened slightly up.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei
-204, ShanghaiC -37, Hangseng +46. STI closed -6 at 3448. Volume
was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 204 to 261 losers.
Trend of STI is up but flattening.
Top volumes were SinoConstruction +1.2,
IHC unchanged, SIIC +0.2, CCFH +0.1, HPHTrust -0.5, Ellipsiz -0.3, Rowsley
+1.5, GlobalLog +1, GoldenAgri -1, SingTel +2.
Market opened up but slipped to negative
by late morning and stayed there for the rest of the session. It closed
at near day low. Blue chips were mixed. Penny and speculatives were
weaker.
European bourses are slightly up at
the moment while Dow's future slightly down
