Europe and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -86 at 18105. Short term
trend of Dow is still pointing up a bit. Dow's future is -133. Europe
opened sharply down at this moment.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei +4, ShanghaiC +68, Hangseng -311. STI
closed -27 at 3444. Volume was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 161 to 298
losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were GoldenAgri +2, PacificAndes +0.3, KLW -0.1, IHC unchanged,
Noble unchanged, CNA -0.1, ChinaFishery +0.2, Stratech -0.3, WE -0.1, Ramba
+5.
STI opened flat and stayed flat for the first hour. It then slipped
slightly lower and fell further in late afternoon. Blue chips were mostly
weaker. The general market also saw more losers.
Europe and Dow's future at the moment are sharply down.
