Trend of STI failed to break up and turning down again.
Top volumes were Noble +3.5, IHC unchanged, Mercurius +0.2, Debao +0.5, Genting +1, Digiland unchanged, Albedo unchanged, OLS -0.1, WE unchanged, SingTel -5.
STI opened down and slipped down further to close near day low. Volume was a low of 1.2b shares. There were more losers than gainers among the blue chips. The general market was down.
