Europe and Dow were slightly down last night. Dow closed -28 at 18012.
Trend of Dow is down. Dow's future is now +9. European bourses opened
mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -90, ShanghaiC -0.5, Hangseng +191.
STI closed +8 at 3349. Volume was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 217 to 252
losers.
Trend of STI is down.
SingTel +9, SinoConstruction +0.4, Noble -2.5, Yuuzoo +2, IHC unchanged,
Stratech +0.2, IPCO unchanged, SIIC +0.5, Debao -0.3, HPHTrust unchanged.
STI opened flat but moved up to stay positive for the whole session. It
closed near day high but with +9 pts. Blue chips were mostly lower but
banks pulled back a little from yesterday's losses. The general market was
a bit weaker. Volume was a low of 1.5b shares.
Europe and Dow's future are slightly positive at the moment.
