Europe and Dow were firmly down last night. Dow -128 to close at 17441. Dow's trend is down. Dow's future at this moment is +54. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei -21, ShanghaiC -63, Hangseng +152. STI closed -32 at 3281. Volume was 2.6b shares. Gainers were 173 to 315 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were ChineseGlobal -0.6, ChinaEssence +1.3, ChinaSports +0.2, Noble -2.5, ChinaBearing +0.7, GoldenAgri -2, IHC -0.5, WE -0.1, ChinaIntl +0.5, Adventus -0.6.
STI opened down and stayed down for the whole session closing near day low. Blue chips were mostly in the red. General market was down. Shanghai fell again but with the intervention by the Chinese govt the fall was smaller while Hangseng recovered some losses.
Europe and Dow's future are now positive.
