European bourses were slightly down last night. Dow closed +47 at 16049. Trend of Dow is down. Dow's future is +169 at the moment. European bourses opened sharply up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +457, ShanghaiC +15, Hangseng +270. STI closed -1 at 2787. Volume was 1.2b shares. Gainers were 206 to 193 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Noble +1.5, GoldenAgri +2, Healthway +0.1, Ezra -0.4, SingTel +5, AdvanceSCT unchanged, NewWave +0.1, IHC -0.5, HPHTrust -0.5, Genting -1.5.
STI opened marginally down, and traded + and - 10 points. It closed nearly flat at -1. Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was mixed.
Europe and Dow's future at the moment were all up.
