Europe and Dow were up on Friday. Dow closed +74 at 17216. Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future is now -7. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -161, ShanghaiC -4, Hangseng +8. STI closed -5 at 3026. Volume was 1.8b shares. Gainers were 275 to 213 losers.
Trend of STI is up but flattening
Top volumes were APACStrategic +0.6, LoyzEnergy +2.9, Ezra +0.2, QTVascular +1.9, Noble unchanged, Stratech unchanged, Charisma +0.3, NewSilkroutes unchanged, RexIntl +1.2, Vallianz +0.1.
STI opened down and stayed negative most of the session. It closed fairly flat. Blue chips were mixed. The general market was slightly positive with more gainers than losers.
Europe opened up but Dow's future at the moment is slightly down.
