Europe closed mixed last night while Dow was +15 at 17231. Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future is now -47. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei +76, ShanghaiC +3, Hangseng -88. STI closed +2 at 3026. Volume was 2.6b shares. Gainers were 229 to 232 losers.
Trend of STI is up but flattening.
Top volumes were Loyz +1.6, Debao +1, ChinaEnv +1.7, MMP +0.3, QTVascular unchanged, Noble +1, ChinaFishery +1.4, GreatGroup +0.2, ChineseGlobal +0.8, PacificAndes +0.4.
STI opened marginally up but fell to negative after an hour of trading. It then traded flat till mid afternoon before turning slightly positive. It closed flat. Blue chips were mostly weaker. The general market was flat.
Europe and Dow's future are slightly down at the moment.
