Europe closed mixed last night while Dow -253 at 17496. Trend of Dow is still trying to move up. Dow's future at the moment is -72 . European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -369, ShanghaiC -0.5, Hangseng -117. STI closed -8 at 2853. Volume was 925m shares. Gainers were 187 to 235 losers.
Trend of STI is still looking up.
Top volumes were Noble +0.5, GoldenAgri -0.5, Spackman +0.2, GeoEnergy -0.1, Cisco +4, SingTel -2, Addvalue -0.1, GlobalLogistic unchanged, Vard +3.5, Ezra -0.2.
STI opened down and stayed down the whole session. Blue chips were mixed. The general market was weaker.
Both the European bourses and Dow's future are down at the moment.
