Europe and Dow were slightly up last night. Dow +38 closing at 17000. Trend of Dow is up but weakening. Dow's future at the moment is +29. European bourses opened flat.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +210, ShanghaiC -58, Hangseng -12. STI closed -1 at 2809. Volume was 2.6b shares. Gainers were 195 to 231 losers.
Trend of STI is up but weakening.
Top volumes were Elektromotive unchanged, Ezra -0.2, IEV +5, Chasen +2.3, MoyaAsia +0.7, Noble -1, NamCheong -0.3, GoldenAgri +2.5, InterraResource -0.1, RexIntl +0.2.
STI opened up but went on a yoyo swing for the whole morning. It started to turn negative and went further down in late afternoon to close near day low and -1. Blue chips were mostly up but the general market was mixed.
Europe is still flat while Dow's future is slightly up at this moment.
