Europe and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -174 at 17542. Trend of Dow is slipping down. Dow's future is now +88. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +72, ShanghaiC -23, Hangseng +104. STI closed -11 at 2803. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 230 to 187 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Annica unchanged, Ezra +0.1, BakerTech +1.7, CedarStrat unchanged, OKH +0.2, Spackman +0.3, Noble +1, HuAn +0.1, Magnus unchanged, Vashion +0.1.
STI opened down and hit a day low at 2783. It recovered some losses to close near day high, losing only 11 pts. Blue chips were slightly weaker. The general market was slightly firmer with more gainers than losers.
European bourses and Dow's future are up at this moment.
