Europe closed rather flat while Dow was +45 at 17873. Trend of Dow is still slightly pointing up. Dow's future at the moment is +19. European bourses opened slightly down.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +167, ShanghaiC +94, Hangseng +166. STI closed +1 at 2797. Volume was 1.9b shares. Gainers were 234 to 191 losers.
Trend of STI is looking up.
Top volumes were Cedar +0.1, Noble +1.5, Ezra -0.4, CMPacific +1, Ezion +2, ISRCapital -0.1, SingTel -3, GlobalLogistic -0.5, HPHTrust -0.5, HongkongLand -1.
STI opened up and moved higher but retreated in the last hour of trading to close flat at day low. Blue chips were firmer but closed lower from their day high. The general market was slightly firmer.
European bourses are still a bit weak while Dow's future is slightly up at this moment.
