Europe were flat and mixed last night. Dow closed +17 at 18533. Trend of Dow is up but looking tired. Dow's future at the moment is -8. Europe opened slightly down.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei +225, ShanghaiC -7, Hangseng -130. STI closed -14 at 2915. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainers were 166 to 249 losers.
Short term of STI is starting to turn down.
Top volumes were Annica unchanged, Ezra -0.4, Noble -0.6, GeoEnergy -1.1, ThaiBev +2.5, EzionR -045, SingTel unchanged, CedarStrategic unchanged, ResourcesPrima -0.5, CNMC -1.
STI opened flat but slipped to negative after half an hour of trading and stayed negative for the rest of the day. It closed off the day's low losing 14 pts. Blue chips were weaker and the general market saw more losers than gainers.
Europe and Dow's future at this moment are slightly down.
