Europe closed mixed and flat on Friday. Dow closed +54 at 18570. Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future at this moment is +19. Europe opened firmly up.
Asian bourses closed flat and mixed. Nikkei -9, ShanghaiC +4, Hangseng +29. STI closed -16 at 2930. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 163 to 243 losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were Annica unchanged, QTVascular +0.5, Spackman +0.5, Ezra -0.2, Ezion -3, Noble -0.3, HPHTrust +1.5, HLH +0.1, AnchorResources -0.4, KLW +0.1.
STI opened up but fell to negative after 45 min and stayed negative for the rest of the session. It made a small recovery in the last half hour of trading but fell back to close at day low.
European bourses are firmly up at this moment and Dow's future is also positive.
