European markets closed mixed and relatively flat last night. Dow closed -30 at 20925. Trend of Dow is drifting down. Dow's future is now -10 at this moment. European bourses opened slightly down.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -90, ShanghaiC -1, Hangseng +101. STI closed +16 at 3146. Volume was 2.5b shares. Gainers were 237 to 181 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly up.
Top volumes were Accrelist +0.1, Noble +0.5, TTIntl +0.4, NetPacificFin +0.1, Joyas unchanged, GoldenAgri +1.5, YZJ -5.5, DISA unchanged, CPH +0.2, GSSEnergy +0.2.
STI opened flat and moved up gradually through the session to close near to its day high. Blue chips were generally higher. The general market was also seeing more gainers than sellers.
European bourses and Dow's future are still slightly down at this moment.
