European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +66 at 21641.
Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future at this moment is +23. European bourses
opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +124, ShanghaiC -+14, Hangseng +68.
STI closed -37 at 3289. Volume was 3.6b shares. Gainers were 203 to 230
losers.
Trend of STI is still up.
Top volumes were Rowsley +2, Magnus -0.1, Jiutian -0.2, Netlink -0.5,
Sincap +0.1, NicoSteel +0.1, HuAn unchanged, Polaris +0.1, HPHTrust -3.5,
Ezion +1.
STI opened flat, moved up to positive for an hour and then slipped to
slightly negative for most part of the morning session. It fell further in
mid afternoon to close at day low at -37.
Blue chips closed mixed but banks were sold down on profit taking . The
general market was slightly weaker.
