European bourses and Dow were slightly up last night. Dow closed +26 at
22025. Trend of Dow is trying to inch back up. Dow's future at this moment
is -7. European bourses opened marginally down.
Asian bourses closed mixed and rather flat. Nikkei -27, ShanghaiC +22,
Hangseng -65. STI closed -14 at 3265. Volume was 2b shares. Gainers were
191 to 220 losers.
Trend of STI is still looking down.
Top volumes were Rowsley +0.4, AdvancedSystem unchanged, MDR unchanged,
BestWorld -30.5, HPHTrust -1, SingTel -3, YZJ -0.5, SweeHong unchanged,
Addvalue +0.1, Sincap -0.1.
STI opened down and stayed down for the whole session. It crawled back a
little in late afternoon to close off its morning low. Blue chips were
mixed. The general market was down.
