European bourses closed mixed last night.  Dow closed -10 at 25793. Trend

of Dow is up.  Dow's future at this moment is +98.  European bourses opened

slightly down.

Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -83, ShanghaiC +9, Hangseng +79.  STI

closed -4 at 3546.  Volume was 2.1b shares.  Gainers were 173 to 236

losers.

Trend of STI is up.

Top volumes JEP +0.8, ThaiBev -2, Magnus +0.1, AlliedTech +0.1, Blumont

+0.1, Cosco +1, Jiutian +0.1, Midas -0.3, KrisEnergy -0.1, Rowsley

unchanged.

STI opened slightly down and stayed down for the whole session. It was

lowest after lunch after recovered to close off its day low at -4. Blue

chips were slightly weaker. The general markets also saw more losers than

gainers.

European bourses are still down at this moment while Dow's future is up.
