European bourses and Dow closed slightly up on Friday. Trend of Dow is
starting to turn up. Dow's future at this moment is +48. European bourses
opened up.
Asian bourses closed firmly up. Nikkei +422, ShanghaiC closed, Hangseng
+600. STI closed +47 at 3491. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 317 to
92 losers.
Trend of STI is turning up.
Top volumes were MarcoPoloMarine +0.1, HLH +0.2, Rowsley +0.6, Jiutian
+0.4, Accrelist -0.1, Genting +1, Infinio unchanged, SinoCloud unchanged,
AlliedTech -0.1, Cosco +2.
STI opened up and climbed to a morning high at lunch break. The index
remained at this level for most part of the afternoon and only moved up a
bit more in the last hour to close near day high at +47.
Blue chips were mostly green The general market also saw gainers to losers
ratio by 3:1.
